Why was the new Kamehameha Ave in Hilo so poorly designed that it flooded immediately it was opened? Why does no one protest? Why is their no accountability for this engineering disaster, this incompetent design?
Maybe the Feds will take over the entrance road to the TMT telescope site and be able to finally get the work started.
