Are those neighbors in jail i hope
I want to beat the neighbors.
Beaten by whose neighbor? Who owned this dog? Did the owners bring this poor puppy to this place for medical care after their neighbor did this, or did these people have to go "rescue" the dog? The injury doesn't look like it just happened….Did the owners just not do anything about it and these people had to go rescue the dog? I know, it's a stupid detail to get hung up on but I'm legit confused by the title. Thank you lovely people for helping this little puppy, what a horrible horrible injury. I can't imagine how much pain he was in. Whoever this "neighbor" is, they need to get bashed in the fucking face with a tire iron. Repeatedly. I volunteer as tribute.

I'm supposing that this was done in an Asian country where they regard animals as nothing more then things. Dogs, cats it doesn't matter to them. No excuse for this

That sucks, I tell you what though, my neighbors would be in the hospital, the whole family.
Why are people like this not removed from society? I'm sure they would kill any living creature without being sorry. I'd lock that person in mental hospital till the end of life.

Are you kidding me. Someone beat this poor sweet puppy. This person has no heart , to beat this poor puppy like that. I just hope they fined the person responsible and put them in jail. Dog's are supposed to be loved @ cared for not abuse like that.
