Never seen a dog with phimosis before.
I had a dog a couple decades ago which cut his penis on a barbed wire fence while we were out. Arrived home later that day to blood smeared all over the back patio, we thought something had a death match until we found the dog dripping blood from between his legs. Had to clean the wound with betadine and gauze it up, couldn't stitch it because it was part of the penis under the sheath. We could only assume he was in "red rocket mode" and something got him agitated enough to go flying through the barbed wire fence without being too careful. He was neutered, but it didn't stop him from trying to mate with female dogs in heat. We knew it was the barbed wire fence that did it because I followed the blood trail back to the fence where it started.
