No, and the title tag is just a way to exploit it and get it shared far & wide on Facebook social media to get free advertising for Hallmark! They used a clever little advertising ploy, didn't they? A 'catchy' little title, hoping to score big shares with all the puppy lovers out there. And I'm sure many of us consumer sheeple will spread their ad for them. But, hey, all puppies are cute … so good gig, Hallmark!
