4:45 I don't regard the nyx impale as a fail. It was a 50-50 chance, they'd either try to dodge this stun or not dodge (and they didn't, there's a fair amount of captain hindsight in dota). The dagon was an obvious fail. But the mana burn on to luna with really low hp, that's a questionable fail. Yes, more experienced player wouldn't make that mistake but I'd say 4k-5k mmr would've been susceptible to that fail. So in a nutshell, the only fail that deserved to in the fails of the week material was the dagon fail.
