During the TPAC, the vehicle swerved into one of the police cars, trying to force it off of the road. Police dash cam video #4 – Box Elder County, Utah, United States, June 8, 2018 – The Utah Highway patrol released dash cam video of a short vehicle police chase that ended with a vehicle crashing into a barbed wire fence and two being taken into custody. According to UHP, officers with the Perry Police Department were called to a rest area on Friday on I-15 northbound on reports of possible drug use. When they arrived on the scene, officers observed a male and a female sitting in a 2016 blue Hyundai with Idaho plates. The two suspects were detained by Perry officers until troopers with UHP could arrive. After troopers made initial contact with the two, the female in the car, identified as 29-year-old Valena Nelson, asked to use the restroom and left the vehicle to be escorted by a female officer. After Nelson left the car, the male, identified as 28-year-old William Davis, allegedly rolled up the windows, locked the doors, and drove off into a grassy area of the rest stop. Davis attempted to turn the vehicle but was pushed by a UHP truck into a barbed wire fence. Officials said Nelson exited the car and jumped the barbed wire fence in an attempt to flee. He was followed by troopers and taken into custody. Read more here: https://goo.gl/tra5jq

Police dash cam video #5 – Alpharetta, Georgia, United States, May 4, 2018 – On Friday evening, one of our officers made a traffic stop for a moving violation that escalated to an arrest of the driver. During the incident, another officer arrived and, as you’ll see from the dash camera video, did not perform in a manner that is reflective of who we are as an organization. The stop was made on Windward Pkwy near GA400 when our officer observed the violator’s vehicle drift into another lane nearly causing a collision. The encounter began normally until the violator refused to sign the ticket being issued. After being told that she would be arrested for not signing the ticket, she requested that a supervisor respond to the scene. A supervisor was immediately notified per the request.
