This is reason why in school should teach to swim in every country, even in USA where's not many lakes in central country
Patient was throwing up and nobody took notice because their skipping five steps of the DRSABC and rushing everything, especially shocked nobody could of thought this patient was a suspected spinal and picked him up so fast and careless with no man taking control at the head. This could have been conducted and performed much calmer than it needed to be, never rush if you’re trying to do this, yes you would go into panic mode but you always stay on the same speed with your team or anyone around you.
The amount of water that came out of him was amazing, really lucky to be alive
