  1. So a hamburger with I bun full of carbs not a plant based meal. True but watch this omnivore built more than plant base . This thing is full of poorly done studies . A omnivore control group that ate meat and built more muscle than what they were trying to promote . It is science you need quick power carbs are the way to go long term your better off strategically upping your carbs before you need to preform . Big guy talking about plant based diet while eating pizza a burger and can not remember what else please I ate those things and ended up 500 pounds dropping all those carbs helped me lose 165 pounds so far. But enjoy this movie just don’t pay attention to the poor information in poorly done studies or the incorrectly stated conclusion in the one well done studies! Cheers !

  2. You are an omnivore! You don't have two stomach's you can't digest cellulose, and 90% of the plants you eat didn't exist 5 years ago, they were bred and genetically modified. Go walk in the woods and see what there is to eat. You can't eat leaves bark stems etc and there is no broccoli kale etc in the wild.

  3. I’m lost here. Can somebody explain to me how bread pasta are better for you than eating something that’s coming from a real source like fish or eggs.

  4. Oxen have 4 stomachs. Humans have 1. But horses have 1. But cows get stronger than horses. We have both on our farm. Our 4 stomach young cow was WAY stronger at the same size as the horse when he was a baby. It shocked me bcz I had never walked a young cow on a lead line before. It was our daughter’s dairy heifer. The horse is male. A female cow of same size/weight is stronger than a male horse. Food that cows can thrive on makes a horse sick. Four stomachs is a great benefit! And people can thrive in harsh environments when they eat mostly animals from the ocean (bcz the land is frozen almost the whole year), or goats bcz goats & edible insects can thrive in dry places where farming is nearly impossible. I’m not eating bugs, and I’m glad I live where I can choose my diet. I wonder if whale blubber tastes good to most people if they’d try it. Glad I don’t need it. And what if all these now vegan athletes had been raised on that diet…would they be better athletes now, or not have gotten so strong? It’s easy to say the switch helped them excel, after they were already successful athletes. I’m going to watch this Game Changers movie & see if they feature any athletes that were raised vegan.

  5. There was a scene in the theater version where Nimai Delgado was taking his urine/polygraph test that he hadn't used PEDs and that scene is cut out of this version. Does anyone know why? I don't want to spread rumors but, I thought the fact he's vegan and PED-free was particularly important

  6. I'm not understanding some things from this video. What about milk, juices? Juices have tons of sugar…so…good or bad? Obviously bad right? But milk? They said that guy who looks like Juggernaut that he does not have milk, then what does that mean? Milk is bad or no? If Milk is bad, why is it bad

  7. Game changer was pure propaganda. This is how propaganda operates 1. Repetition..the whole move was just repetition with nice picture. 2. Stupid logic. There was plenty of that.. example "If you want to be strong as an ox, then eat like an ox">>
    3. Flat-out lying. Example, when you eat fat it go into your blood and forms plaque on your arteries"" Scientists have tried to prove that for more than 50 years. They can't…. the best they could do was force feed a rabbit trans-fatty acids..and of course the herbivore rabbit didn't do well at all. Did you look at the list of slim ball sponsors… Yes, it would be wonderful for big agriculture if we all would be on a grain-based diet. But we would just GAIN weight…

  8. I am 45Y old, have been a vegetarian (no meat, no fish, no egg) my whole life and as far as I remember, I haven't seen a doctor in last 5/6 years!
Hell, in last 5/6 years, I have taken total 4 or 5 pills (over the counter medicines) at the most and that too for like common cold! I would say in last 10 years I probably fell sick like 2/3 times max (the max sickness was some fever and nothing else, touch-wood)…! My Dr says I look at least 10 years (if not more) younger than my actual age !!
Point being, stay vegetarian, do some exercise and stay healthy !!!

  9. Biggest issue with this movie, it is is it 100 pct bias. There is no experts to refute the information. None of the studies they showed with the athletes gave scientific results. They dont touch on "supplements" legal or not, that these athletes were using. Most importantly the power lifter. They dont talk about the some 80 pct that have to quit the diet, many for health concerns. There are many positives to this way of life, there are also negatives. I find it hard to believe anyone that has only 100 pct good things to say about anything.

  10. There is a error in this film. Nate Diaz said on many occasions that he sometimes eats fish, eggs, and seafood. Nate is a Pescatarian, not Vegan

  11. Charity Morgan deserves big credit for spreading veganism through her husband on the Tennessee Titans, which spread to other players. I wonder if she knew at that time she was making such a big impact in the world. Thanks, Charity! That was a great part of the movie.

  12. So glad I finally watched this! I've been vegetarian for a short time, but I'm am going fully vegan now! This info is fantastic! Thanks so much to the makers of this documentary!

  13. Also it's so obvious that our dentition is much closer to those of herbivores like cattle and horses, unlike those of felids and other carnivores.

  14. I doubted this. Now, 48 hours into it, I lost 6 pounds, my vision improved, my energy level is up, my joints aren't as sore. Wtf is happening? I play tennis 4 days a week but it's been difficult to do, and recover from. I'm in shock- day 3 just underway. And I'm a skeptic.

  15. I went whole food-plant based three years ago. I had to lower my LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol which indicated elevated risk of heart disease. Besides, I was *fat*. Well that all changed. My LDL dropped from 120 mg/dl, high to 65 mg/dl, extremely low risk of heart attack. My total cholesterol from from elevated at 210 to now being 124. All this within weeks of starting!!! I previously had high blood pressure and high resting heart rate: 160/100 and over 100 beats per minute. The medication brought both to normal before this diet. However, on the diet and off the medication, both are normal: 120/80 and 71 resting heart rate.

The fat came off! 55 lb lost, still down 50 lb. I am well within the healthy range and waist size is excellent. I feel excellent. You can feel excellent, too! I'm not against meat but I can't control so I eliminate. Starch Solution by Dr. John Mcdougall is my program and he's my hero.

Join me in being thinner, please. The weight loss total took probably 7 months.

  16. Found it very strange that this movie didn’t talk about vegan diets as they relate to female physiology!!! Was this movie just for men? So confused…

  17. wow I've been plant based for over a year and I'm so grateful I am plant based because it is true! diet really makes your performance better!!
also, I am only twenty minutes in but I am already recommending this movie to everyone I know.
