HOW f ing evil could a person be. Placing an elastic AROUND this poor dogs mouth and causing the flesh to die. THANK God for people like the lady who found her AND now adopted her. This beautiful puppy is now living a wonderful life. It takes more time and effort to be an evil scumbag and try to hurt or kill the poor dog then it would to drop it at an animal shelter. WTF.
