23. Had to brighten my screen. It looks like a person crawling. Made of mist or like a cloud. You can see arms and legs. The legs of it trail off like a snake or tail. Amazing footage.

24. If anyone's seen the episode of Portals to Hell, Katrina revisits the Trans-Allegheny Asylum. When they do a psychic sweep of the place, the woman indirectly confirms this to be real.

    There is a mental patient named Dean that suffered an impairment that made him act very child-like. The psychic mentions this as she can't figure out if he can't use his legs or just likes to crawl about on the floor. He was tormented by two other patients that would hang him till was unconscious and let him down till he was awake only to do it over and over again. He was then brutally murdered when they put a bedpost to his head and jumped on it till his skull was crushed.

    Where were the nurses? I have asked the same thing.
