Thank you to my friend Jeffrey (https://www.instagram.com/jeffrey_merrihue/) for inviting me to dinner at Alchemist, a once in a lifetime eating experience. Jeffrey is an amazing friend of mine, and we meet up from time to time in various cities to eat. If you’re ever in LA, go check out Jeffrey’s amazing deli and wine bar: https://www.heroicdeliandwinebar.com/
World’s Most Travelled Hotdog Stand – But first, before we had dinner at Alchemist, we pre-gamed with some hotdogs for social change, at the World’s Most Travelled Hotdog Stand. The hotdogs were outstanding and a great way to spend our afternoon. #Copenhagen #Alchemist #Food
Alchemist (https://alchemist.dk/) – When Chef Rasmus Munk opened reservation for 3 months at a time, it SOLD OUT in 3 minutes! It’s one of the hardest restaurants in the world to make a reservation, and that’s because it’s one of the most insane, thought provoking, creative, and full rounded dining experiences you can have in the world. It was not just a meal, but an entire journey, a meal with a message behind every dish.
50 courses – Although many were just a single bite, there were 50 different course tasting, and the meal lasted 5 ½ hours. We journeyed from room to room, each with its own unique design, artwork, and theme.
Chef Rasmus Munk (https://www.instagram.com/rasmusmunkalchemist/) is a creative genius, a deep thinker, and an activist, who expresses his mind and thoughts through delicious food. Thank you to Chef Rasmus Munk for having us and for being so welcoming and cool!
Thank you also to Visit Copenhagen (https://www.instagram.com/visitcopenhagen/) for supporting my trip to Copenhagen, Denmark.

That piece of paper was definitely some research chemical psychedelic to set the mood for the evening
Ultimate waste of money on food ?
16:40, in background "I keep on sucking this bone" "that's what she said" LMAO
Not my cup of tea but if you like it more power to you, enjoy!
That entire experience looked absolutely magical…
Thank you so much for sharing such a wonderful video.
I was in awe, taken aback and I wasn't even there!
Here's hoping you and the family are doing wonderful!
Take care, Mark.
I wonder how much it was?
a bit extra but okay
I love him and his videos everything seems so yummy… is there something he doesn't like ?
Mark I watch your videos. Since day 1! And I’ve gotta say this one was the best video out of all of them! Very touching and beautiful my brother! Thank you for sharing the experience!
once finished the video, i re-watched another time! Really stunning
3:02 Classic Mark
50 servings prepare for 50 of Mark's "OH WoooW"
pazzesco!
That tongue dish. Totally disgusting.
It's not funny, actually sick!
I wonder what that experience cost, if someone were to go to Denmark and want to visit this place.
Wow what an amazing experience it all looked cool……
I like when Jeffrey eats with mark. Good company.
Mark would have still said that food in Asia is the best lolzzzz
ONE OF THE MOST FOOD TOUR ❤️?
The way you documented the experience made it seem as if I were right there with you, but for free! Wow, such fun! Thanks Mark et al.
This episode is weirdly satisfying. ???
Going to have to pass on this.. not in the least bit interested in rabbit food or an unrealistic experience that the average person can go through. Cool experience tho…
Usually your videos are fun and make me smile as well as hungry. This one really got me aggravated. It started off bad with the virtue signaling hotdog and then got worse with that weird, trying-to-hard, pretentious excuse of a restaurant. A sign of a decadent culture on its last leg. Perhaps the chef could take that decadence, reduce it to a thin crispy wafer that the patrons could eat, maybe filling the empty spot where their souls used to be.
That must cost a fortune?
Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa . . . . ! Did you just say you are eating chicken poop?!
Kinda worried what was in those "make believe skulls?"
Never can be too careful when it comes to 'fine dinning' ?
better than a chicago dog?
