  1. I once watched a documentary on the Korean dog meat industry. I became physically ill. But to be honest it was the same reaction I had watching a documentary on the cattle and pig slaughter industry. It is terribly difficult to watch the final moments of any animal's death; especially when it is not done in a sanitary, comfortable, or humane environment. It is impossible to completely eradicate a source of food for another culture just because we feel upset. It is far better to fight for better regulations, restrictions, limitations, violations, licensing, inspections, and humanity. That is the best that can be done. I don't mean the rescues shouldn't continue, but people cannot eat money. They need a food source. Find a viable replacement. I found a long time ago it is best to work with a problem than against. In the US it is no better since dogs and cats that cannot be cared for in shelters get put down in kill shelters. If we value their lives so much then why don't we start with saving them?

  2. I am Korean. so this made me happy. I have a dog. Toy Size Maltese and she knows Korean better than me and my brother lol. she is the youngest and third child of my parents. Love my little sister for ten years.

  3. Where is this website/program? I was thinking about getting another puppy in 2 years when my current puppy (6 month golden) is older,…but now I’m thinking I need to adopt these puppies/dogs.

  4. Dogs live in the moment. What a beautiful dog! You are allowing her to be on your leather couch which tells her that she is part of the family. When we got our first dog we went out and bought all the things we things we thought we would need, including a doggy bed. We got her home and she followed us into the bedroom where I put her bed at the base of our bed. Well, she jumped up on our bed, looked down at the doggy bed, then looked at us as if asking if that was where we were sleeping. The  doggy bed went back the next day.

  5. How anyone can eat dog. They are at par with human…disgusting… the Koreans Chinese south East Asians for tigers are killed.. rhinos… whales… and god knows wat else…. they don’t care for the environment… and it seems they are al budhists

  6. This one reminds me of this game that I have been recently playing Far Cry: New Dawn. There’s this mission called “man eat dog world” where you head into this place called the Meatfort where these apocalyptic goons are making meals outta these doggos. You find the goodest boy of them all called Timber and rescue him from the butcher’s block, who later becomes your scout dog.

I’m a grown a$$ man but hearing those puppies whine and cry, and even finding a dead one all opened up from the stomach made me breakdown. I know it’s just a game but that was way too much for me to handle.

  7. Great for Kong but why put so many resources toward saving one dog in another country when the US is killing several thousand every day?  Also, these dogs are feeding people while dogs that end up in US shelters are just killed.  Yeah – the dog meat trade suuuuucks but the US killing dogs due to overpopulation sucks more.  Let's fix US problems first before we invest scarce resources telling other countries/cultures that what they are doing is wrong.

  8. You should do an episode of Nocciola (maybe the spelling is wrong) she is Roberto’s Rossellini dog (son of Isabella and grand son of Ingrid) he rescue his dog from a place like that. You can follow Nocciola on Instagram, she is ado4able.

  9. Kong deserves this❤️ forever home. Every dog that I see I think is the cutest one that I have ever seen. I’ve come to the conclusion that all dogs are beautiful. ❤️❤️☮️

  10. There is a huge difference with the dog meat trade. Do your research. We do not torture our livestock to improve taste. We do not cook them alive. They glorify this and celebrate it. If our farmers were actually caught doing this they would be out of business and probably in prison. They do this publicly

  11. Beautiful dog, inside and out! Dogs are for humankind and humankind are for dogs. Those who treat dogs like objects to be abused, used, and discarded are sub-human. Period!!!!!!!!!!!! They are beings, souls with the ability to form bonds and serve our higher good. Therefore, no matter the country or culture ALL dogs need to be protected by laws and shelter. No dog should be left to the streets or euthanized because they don't have a home any more than a child!
