42. This is really sad to see this puppy so emaciated and with the horrible neck wound. I'm sure there were people in this area saw this puppy needed help much sooner than what is being shown on this video. Nowadays, people do not have a care or compassion in the world to help an innocent animal in need. People have lost their damn minds and probably never had a moral compass in their whole damn life.
