This video is titled Unrecovered. I just watched a documentary about shiria, the lady at the end this video, that clearly stated that ten days after she died her body was recovered and taken off the mountain.

Most of the bodies on top, were frozen solid half-way down through the ice, but with climate warming, they are becoming more unfrozen all the time! Why they still allow people to climb Everest is because it is the primary source of income for Nepal and they will not give that up. People die every single year in the Death Zone near at on the summit. Sherpas have long said that at least 75% of the climbers on the Mountain are inexperienced, and do NOT belong there! They are often unacclimatized, ill-equipped, physically unable to reach even half-way up!
It’s not only deadly, it’s also expensive.
And it is over populated.
I summited Everest the sane way; I flew over it in a pressurized, heated passenger jet, drinking a Vodka Tonic. If I should die on a Mountain, I reason that doing it in a jet will hopefully speed up the process and leave behind very little for people to oggel.

I just want to salute all of these people and also to them who climbed and survived… most comments are like its better to be at home and live a simple life.. but after seeing this video i felt like a man's dream is more precious than his/her life..their devotation towards their dream and passion inspired me.. yeah it is easy to live a simple life and live long… but its really very daring and inspiring to live our dream our fear… These people will always be remembered for their love towards their dream?
