  1. I remembered that day. I was/am in Saitama when it hit. At first, I thought it was just another quake and it will stop and continue what we day, but it didn't. I started to panic a bit. Went outside and saw others had done the same. I can see power lines swaying back and forth. My family from the states told me to return home. I stayed. We are still recovering. The families who lost their homes are still living in temporary homes. The government should be doing more and provide aids to the citizens of Japan affected by the quake. Building a brand new stadium for the 2020 Olympic isn't helping them.
