PLEASE SHARE this incredible story: Hope for Paws received a phone call about a rescue in an unusual location. Venus was found abandoned in the desert, absolutely frightened of human contact. We use every humane resource possible and try to be as gentle with every animal we rescue. Unfortunately we were bound to an area where we couldn’t confine Venus and asked Dr. Scott Amsel to help us tranquilize her. After she came around, I took the time to gain her trust. For homeless and abused dogs this is a very difficult process and takes time. At Hope for Paws, we give them all the time they need. Once she was ready, we took her back to LA, where she was pampered like a goddess. With over 30,000 stray, abused, abandoned and homeless dogs in Los Angeles alone, we always encourage adoption as a first choice for a pet. J

Please SHARE & help us show the world the love that these helpless animals need.

Thanks,

Eldad.

Plus, one time I had a holiday in India and there is lots of strays there, we need more help there than here but both places need help. Just saying- India has so many dogs and cats and other animals just laying around the street

  2. To all the so called humans who gave this a dislike you should be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves! Maybe you will need help one day but no one comes. To the heros who do this work you are the mainstay of humanity. Love to you all.

  3. I love these videos what's funny is I always look down at my dog in the end of the I'm on my couch and he's a 100 pound lap dog haha he's a kur lab mix and he cries until I play fetch of let.him cuddle on me probably one the best dogs I've ever had

  4. I often see you approaching dogs with your hand flat to pet her head. One of my dogs STILL doesn't like that and I've had him since he was 7 weeks. I always approach dogs with a 'hand shake' position and pet the side of their neck or under their ear. It seem to work much better because your hand doesn't block their view.

  5. I don't think that is a white shepard, but is a Samoyed. We have had 5 of them, the last 3 rescue furbabies. Mr. Nick is with us now. What a wonderful breed. Thank you for saving her.

  6. I hope more and more people with an angel heart doing good, rescue and save many animal on this earth.
Many thanks to all of you.
    May God blessing you there.

  7. I had German Shepherds all my life, for me they are the most loyal dogs. I cannot imagine what the heat of the desert does to an Alsatian with such a thick coat. Thank you guys for the rescue and your perseverance.
