If see water receding a large distance back than normal, know water will be coming back and most likely with a force; gather family and friends immediately, don’t take time to get your stuff, look to see high ground and go to high ground, keep sight of high ground and go on foot as fast as you can. if no high ground, look for concrete building at least 2 stories or more. don’t try your car, because everyone will try their car to get to out and will have traffic jam to not get out of area. On foot be better. Get shoes on.
