Who tf took the pic?
The comments from the person who owns the photo is the most damning evidence to me. They seem to be the type of person who jumps to "Ghost!" first instead of a more likely explanation. The type of person who wants it to be a ghost so bad, that when you offer up alternative reasons, they try hard to come up with an excuse as to why it couldnt be "that". Evidenced by the fact that they have so much other occurrences they gathered in their mind from that day.

It might also be the water splashing from the girl swimming. It looks as though she had just brought her hand up out of the water. So same theory as the sun,only splashing water. And something grabbing them was probably fish. We swim in fresh water lakes every summer and have fish come up and "nibble" all the time.
My daughter had her leg grabbed two times by something in the water, it's Australia ever thing there wants to eat you, and that's just the living things.
She said her daughter was grabbed by something under the water… I would be out of the water and not going back in.

I thought the same the first time I saw this one, but the problem is if you look at what could be the sun's reflection you have "lighter" horizontal light reflections all around it.. basically the other reflections on the water look to be behind that bright spot and also touching the same spot on the water but much less bright, if this was a sun reflection there wouldn't be such a contrast difference in the bright spot and the rest of the light reflection on the water…
That photo looks real
The top of the head has a wave pattern which implies the face was made by the disturbance in the water. Like a foot just barely under the water kicking out.
looks like it could be the facing away person's foot or the white sunnies person's hand. the shadows on their faces tell me the angle of the sun isn't right for it to be the sun's reflection.
Maybe it's a phantom argona.
It looks like a perfectly timed photo type deal to me water made a ripple reflecting the girls face looking at the lady and baby
