10. Oh my good LORD, what the breeder did to that poor innocent puppy.
    That constitutes intensional criminal neglect, abuse and cruelty of an animal.
    The breeder should be prosecuted, fined and jailed, pay a judgement amount to cover all of Libre/Buddy's medical, rehabilitation and foster care expenses, lose his State and any other type Breeder's License/s, be placed on the State's Breeder's Watch List black listing him from dog breeding and be barred from future possession of an animal.?
