This playful penguin at the Tulsa Zoo caught the attention of a little boy who took an interest with the funny animal! The penguin followed the boy’s hand as he ran it up and down the side of his tank, even splashing out of the water to catch up with it! This warming encounter surely gave both parties a great moment in their day!
