This Video I share some information about some of the artifacts I found while arrowhead hunting. I also share a story from early this year where I almost didn’t make it off of the banks of the river. Stay safe and thanks for watching. I’m out!

  1. Thanks for sharing your collection and your experience on the river. I've never seen or heard of that happening before but now I'll be sure to watch out for areas like this.
You've been blessed with some nice artifacts !! I'm new to this been hunting artifacts for approx 2 years… this past year has been alot more intense. I'm hooked for life… look for every opportunity and area to go that I can !

  2. Wow that freaked me right out. The idea of it and thinking about it and what you were going through ! You had to be terrified. Thank god for that one rock. I just heard a similar story about a fishing woman in her boat. She had to relieve her self out in the bay. She pulled up to a marshy looking area got out of the boat, stepped on to land took a step forward and started to sink real fast she said. Her boat was only a foot out of her reach. The rest of her story is a lot like yours. So so scary. So happy you survived ! Your story may save lives, thanks much for sharing !

  3. WELL TODAY'S MY BIRTHDAY AND I'VE GOT MY NEPHEW JAXSON TODAY AND HE'S BEEN SO SWEET AND LOVING AND HE WISHED ME HAPPY BIRTHDAY AND HE SAID MY PRESENTS WAS COMONG FRIDAY, WHICH IS TOMORROW. SO HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!!!!!

  4. Dang it son…. I was sitting here having a panic attack trying to catch my breath just imagining u stuck like that!! And the thought of a barge passing by or any decent sized boat that didn’t see u putting off a big wake would most likely send water up over your head and make the situation worse!! Glad you’re ok bro….may not seem like a big deal to some but many times the smallest mistake or misstep can turn into something tragic in the blink of an eye!! Most of us venture out to hunt alone at times but we’ve got to be aware of any and all dangers!! I’ve walked up on rattlesnakes, copperheads and cottonmouths more times than I can count and if I were to take a bite even a quarter mile out in the woods from my truck, chances are I couldn’t make it back without help. Many years ago I was hunting a cutover that was just over a mile from the road where I had to park my truck. It was one of the best sites I’d ever hunted here and I was hell bent on making the walk back there in August. Temp was in the mid to high 90’s with no cloud cover and I didn’t bring enough water. I pushed myself longer and further than I should have and found myself disoriented and dehydrated! I collapsed from heat exhaustion twice on my way out and can only give credit to The Lord for helping me get back to my truck that day!! Very proud and blessed to have ole Horseshoe hunting with me these days!! Sorry for the rambling brother!! Thanks for sharing and God bless!!

  5. Nice finds Bud ! Sorry to hear about the harrowing experience…you have to stay safe out there and the walking stick idea is a good one. I don't want to sound like a know it all, but what you have are not Jacks's Reefs….maybe the small black one. They are way too thick. JR's are extremely thin and are related to Intrusive Mound. The side notch looks to be a Brewerton. Have a great time in Florida and stay safe !

  6. Maybe think about always carrying a walking stick, could have helped ur escape. It is very dangerous!!! Rocks gets in tight spots digging bottles! I worry about that dude daily!!!

  7. I see you are still sporting that graven disc, I would too…. a one of a kind. I LOVE those odd knives! Great show, it was kind of you not to pass away on us. CHEERS!
