  1. Just watch a falcon get a pigeon the other day. Was crazy. About 30 ft away from me when he landed with it. He snapped its neck then flew off.

  2. I was driving home from work in the city. I spied a Peregrine falcon. Sitting on a light pole watching piegon's flying around near the airport. When all the sudden the Falcon went air borne then dived and hit the pigeon in mid air knocking it to the ground. What a hit! Perfect! He got his meal. He is there every morning like clock work. 3. Pigeons are my favorite bird. Everybody thinks that they have no power but they do. You see, every creature has a power. They're the only birds that feed their young milk, they have powerful chest muscles up in their wings which gives them the speed of 40 miles per hour which makes them fly faster than a Peregrine Falcon, and they have the ability to find their way home by looking at the sun and stars, feeling the earth, and by smelling. They can eat human food like cookies, french fries, and cookies. They can be kinda funny, but you might as well give them a chance. I want to warn you that pigeons poop when they get scared so it makes them feel lighter when flying away from a Peregrine Falcon, so if you scare them well.

  4. This bird is dangerous against pigeons. If anyone having pigeons. Save them from this bird. It has very sharp and accurate flying skills in the sky to collect food.

  5. I used to raise racing pigeons in Arizona and once watched a full on dual between one peregrine falcon and about 12 of my pigeons. I assumed I would lose at least one pigeon but I didn't. If you ever get a chance to see that you will have new respect for pigeons because as shown in the video they are absolutely superb flyers and they instinctively group up and are very maneuvering, especially racing pigeons. I think the only way a peregrine falcon can really get a pigeons is through stealth, once the pigeons are aware they can definitely out maneuver a falcon in the sky once the element of surprise has been used.
