  1. You can really see the link between hippos and whales and dolphins. They've got similar skin, make similar noises, both have nostrils (or blowholes) pointing upwards, both can hold their breath underwater for long periods and both blow out water when they surface.

  2. i love how no matter where hippos go so little animal is pecking or nibbling at it
    birds out of the water and fish underneath the water hippos must pick up fleas and ticks better then any other beast ever
