I am mid thirties now, and saw this when it first came out, based on a true event….about 8 or 9 years of age – I loved it than, I still love it now.
My grandmother bought me this movie when I was 2 and it has been my all time favorite movie for 23 years. I ended up giving my original copy to my best friend so she could show it to her son. He's obsessed with it now too. Such a beautiful movie. <3
