If you notice someone violating common traffic laws you should in your power do whatever you can to put them in their place. They have no right to be an asshole for no reason. 11. That's typical for Seattle. That's why when I lived there I took a bus to downtown rather than driving. Cheaper and I didn't have to pay for parking and avoided idiot drivers. It's a mess there for real.

21. 10:43 Unless I'm mistaken, the center line indicates that you can only pass on the side the cammer is on, not the other side; that is to say, dangerous blind curve aside, that other car wasn't legally allowed to pass.
