You don't often see an instant attraction like that. I know it'll sound weird but she might be a recently deceased relative. Reincarnation is real and if you watch that angel carefully you'll see it.
That look isn't the normal 'oh please adopt me', that's pure love. Mark my words, as this little one ages she'll show just how deep the connection is.

Just to let you guys know, depression has nothing to do with dogs or cats. And it's puppy, not "pupper".
And then she gets older and kills the other dogs while her owners just stand there and go "Awe, she's so cute".
This does put a smile on my face.
