Some parts of pine bluff are nice, I actually wanted to run for mayor when I was there visiting. It's changed over the years due some multi cultural issues, and poor economic development. It's like a country within an urban environment. Some good people, but the bad ones have come too! Everybody wants to hard these days.

I graduated with a BS in Project Mgmnt from TCU about a yr ago, and went to Pine Bluff for my first interview at one of the oldest financial institutions there. I met some really nice people while I was there. I know this video doesn't reflect the way this whole town is, but after some investigation and from what I've been told, Its the way MOST of the town is. I asked a few of the employees , how they liked living in Pine Bluff, and they all said the same thing. This vid states it all. I'm so glad I turned down that job. By the way, I haven't looked yet, but I wonder how the Chamber of Commerce promotes this town? Damn they have a tough job.
