It’s another dog vs cat battle this week, as the boys film the world’s fastest recorded canine – the greyhound. We find out how it compares to the world’s fastest cat – the cheetah.

Thanks to Mark Johnston’s greyhounds Sooty and Sweep.

  1. Cats have more fast twitch muscle fibers. A house cat can outrun dogs…. But. ….they have to get up a tree as dogs have much more endurance at top speed.

  2. It's the cheetahs tail also that makes it faster and makes it be able to change and turn quickly thank you that was a very nice for you Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures was buried and rose again on the third day according to the scriptures 1 Corinthians 15 verse 3 I just watched The Cheetah racer Formula 1 car

  3. Use both rear legs to push. 4. 2, 1 stride like Cheetah. Cheetah is longer back muscles and legs.
Would be a race if comparable in size.
Cheetah is like a dragster on Nitro methane fuel. .

  4. They missed the bit about Cheetahs only being able to maintain there incredible speeds for short distances. The survival strategy for most animals around Cheetahs is to stay far enough away that with that big head start they get tired before they catch up. I would like to know how big a lead a greyhound would need before it became a cheetahs lunch!
