I have a wild pet squirrel her name is mrs squirrely she knocks on my window in the morning to be fed so If I run out of unsalted peanuts I make her a peanut butter sandwich with one peice of bread and a little peanut butter too much and she chokes she is a lil crack head on peanutbutter

Squirrels are not communal when they're adults. Communication would not have lowered her life expectancy but putting her in captivity definitely did.

my friend has a squirrel and he’s so sweet. they rescued it bc the mom had abondoned the babies but all of them died accept for one. they tried to release him but he wouldn’t leave bc he got so used to being with them.

I have a trio that live under the eave on the old roof. I have 2 cameras and one is day-night so are themselves, in and out, day and night, potty breaks and mutual preening, all the time, naps anytime. I put out treats but no contact yet.
**********HELP!! Found a baby squirrel. What do I feed him? He is the size of my palm and has fur, he shakes a lot, it is like 5 Celcius outside and he follows me. Dunno were his mother is and have been searching for her all day. I don't know what to do. No organization will help.

The fact that your chiropractor charged you to massage a squirrel shows that chiropractors are absolute knobs. They are not real doctors and do more harm than good. They roll with the anti-vax crowd more often than not.
squirrels are amazing little animals. theyre so much more than "tree rats" as some people say.
they are very intelligent, affectionate and clean animals.
i grew up with a pet squirrel.named Frisky. she was my best buddy growing up and lived for about 15 yrs.
ive also raised and released many others.
a word of caution if you find a baby squirrel. dont feed it cows milk. it will kill it eventually. get baby goat or cat supplement milk.
also if you keep as a pet be mindful of their teeth. they continually grow and the upper teeth can loop around and actually penetrate the roof of its mouth and eventually kill it if not continually worn down naturally.
never feed them shelled nuts. always feed them whole nuts so they can wear their teeth down as necessary.
Husband has a great life. Beautiful wife, and some squirrels. I'm jealous :p
