Street Meat in Chiang Mai (& Don't Do What I Did)
Spread The Viralist

Chiang Mai is a haven for anyone who loves to eat grilled meat. When I was in Chiang Mai, one evening I went over to the market to find some skewers of grilled meat. After walking around for a few minutes, I found a worthy meat stall, and decided to purchase a few skewers for snack. Most of the skewers were quite good and tasty, but that one skewer of grilled chicken intestines, which is usually one of my favorites, went all BAD!

  1. It’s neat to see you’re always enjoying the experience of eating even when the food is below sub standard levels. medium cooked pork liver yummy, and rancid chicken gizzard(was probably stored in a broken refrigerator overnight then vendor thought “the flame grill will get rid of the stink and it will then taste gourmet.” Did you wait for the city’s restaurant inspector to arrive? Better not wait too long, The inspector might not show up until it’s their unofficial collections day.

  2. Be careful mark ok it’s so easy to get food poisoning in a hot climate if it looks suspicious don’t touch it no matter how strong your stomach is I learned that in Kiss restaurant in Pattaya 22 yrs ago always check that food on display is refrigerated or it will get bacteria

  3. Always smell street food before you take a bite especially if you did not see it being cooked fresh , as a rule I never touch unless it’s been cooked in front of me

  4. Awesome Mark!! You NEVER say ya don't like anything. I can only think of ONE time, where the food was so salty, no one could eat it, and a hotel tried to pass off brown water as coffee..LMAO!! So, for YOU to spit something out..WHOA!! I would have went back there and returned the nasty food, and got my money back OR a BUNCH of FREE food for that crap!! You REALLY dodged a bullet eating that stuff!! Even just a bit in your mouth… ESPECIALLY (rotten) INTESTINES! FAAAAAAK!!!! x_O

  5. Mark! I just started watching your shows man. (My wife got me into them) there great! I challenged her that I would find one where you didn't like the food. I found it!!! Thanks!!!! (Walking to the living room excited!!) Lol

  6. I dont know how people like him so much with all the fakeness. You know damn well everything he taste does not taste that damn good. The people want authentic reviews

  7. Mark, don't really know why do you shake your head all the time, while eating food, indicating that you are really enjoying the bite. Can't understand why even you tend to taste everything trusting people so much.

  8. Mr Wiens, I love your trips in which you try the typical food, but, you put all the food spicy chili, then how can you appreciate the food? and also eat very large bites, you are a man who many people follow you, is unpleasant.
    Excuse my sincerity
    Regards
