Just to inform that they have hired this man and making him do the work because in no shop I have seen that the owner himself is making the plates but yes i have seen the owner serving in the other shop and not making the plates. And the 70 year old man is just standing for the video else other hired people stand. I am from this locality and I see them everyday.
The man serving the food is hired by a Hindu guy. Fooling everyone to be Punjabi. Its not at all 70 years old shop. He has copied the shop next to his shop that is ambika restaurant (sardar ji ke mashoor chole bhature).
