1. 2:45, this is why you dont try the box tactic ever! the only correct pursuit tactic is the pit or spikes, but never ever should cops do what they did. they risked crossfire, and being shot at from the car. also, they put the public in danger because of their driving. that is why those cops need to have proper pursuit training from CHP. the CHP sets the standard in pursuit tactics, and for a good reason, they have experience. they know just how dangerous a suspect can be.

39. Hi speed chases area extremely dangerous to the police and the general public. Shooting these guys to stop the chase is perfectly acceptable.

41. I don't understand why the USA doesn't be like England and forgo putting unruly suspects in police vehicles and use vans instead? Vans are much easier to hose down and it's easier to restrain someone or can be used in mass transport like arrest campaigns. Non combative suspects get to be treated like human beings and go in the non caged car where if they do get squirrely a second officer reaches over and holds them so nothing can be pulled out. Somehow officers aren't dying left and right due to a lack of caged cars.

    Can't do that with a divider which a suspect can reach for a gun and shoot thru the glass.
