  2. How old is this giant ? My friend hv one but not big like this, do we need to give him something to become. Like this size ? What the recommendation

  3. Yeah…but In my case my Tibetan mastiff ? uses me as a cushion. Sleep on me, sit on me….. Only let my mother and sister touch him or use him as a cushion. On top of that take more than half of my bed to sleep too.

  4. Someone told me that Malamutes are smarter than Huskies. Is that true? I was told that if a Malamute senses a disturbance in the way the ice is formed and knows you will sink that they won't mush into that area no matter how hard you try to make them mush into that area. One of the only differences I know between Malamutes and Huskies is that Huskies are smaller, but they are built to pull less weight faster and Malamutes are built to pull a heavier load while slower, but for a longer distance and be endurance dogs.

  5. I want a Malamute, I am Alaskan, but I was born in California and live here in California currently. I don't know if I could keep the dog cool or not. Thanks for this video, it was very informative. I found the most interesting part to be where you said you can give the dog cooked chicken but not on the bone, and that you can give the dog raw chicken on or off the bone.

  6. They are beautiful creatures. Have had my boy Bentley since he was 3 months old and is now 8 years old. He was a rare case of the ears never going up and has puppy droopy years all his life, puppy face for life. Every time we take him out people comments on how big he is, he's getting old now so we cherish every moment we have left with him. Grooming has always been a pain, we literally have to brush and vacuum the house every 2nd day hahaha but we love him so much. They are very loyal and loving breeds, would recommend if you have the patience to groom/clean all the time and exercise them.

  7. I live in northern Canada , and I have two Malmutes , they are great dogs for the right owner . I have a cart similar to the three wheeled one in the video and they pull me around on it in the summer , and in the winter they pull me on my skis . They are not fast , but they incredibly strong with lots of stamina -like furry freight trains . They don’t like being inside and much prefer to be outside .
