Mercy’s Story is about a Georgia rescue dog who triumphs over cruelty. She is a dog saved from abuse – a dog shot with a shot gun and abandoned. Southern Journey Transport and Rescue found her under a trailer. Mercy had been abused and needed help. Northeast Animal Shelter paid for her rescue dog surgery. Mercy is now in Salem, MA and is awaiting adoption.

Aww so sad
She's beautiful! It broke my heart to see how much she'd been through, but I'm so happy she fought through it all and is now healthy again. I hope she finds a great forever home and lives a long and happy life. <3
