About This Episode:
TOday we’re in Cebu City looking for that classic Filipino tasty treat, Dinuguan which is basically a stew of internal pig organs and the most special ingredient, pig blood. Along the way, we also side quest at the market and try some of the Philippines classic Bagoong, which is a pink fermented shrimp paste. It does not get more intense or yummy than today’s video.

  3. I'm new to this channel.I don't know if you already have visited Pampanga.Definitely recommending their one version of the Dinuguan. Not anyone can cook this dish cause of the complicated way of preparing and cooking it.To start, make sure all the pig's parts and blood should be fresh. But just like Adobo there is so many different ways cooking it depending on the origin. Some uses innards, some only the intestines and some only lean pork with pig's skin.
You should come and visit Pampanga.
