8. In America, pedestrians have the right of way, as long as they are on a crosswalk or other designated walkway. If you hit a pedestrian in many of these vids you would be ticketed or be responsible for any injuries caused by the motorist. Many of these motorist are driving too fast and not being aware of their surroundings. I don't know the laws in Russia or any of the surrounding countries so I can't say much except what I've already said above. There's too much anger and hate in the world, compassion and love no longer exist. How sad!
