That time those scorpions are not a deadly species at all?
there is no real or fake. it was clearly fake. if you look closely when he puts his head in there is a second glass wall that moves above his head while it is in and back down when he takes it out. this would prevent the scorpions from actually landing on his head making this act completely staged.
