12. So theres this thing called water skiing enema. It's basically an unwanted and unexpected forced enema from impact with the water. This is common in water skiing and cliff diving. In minor cases it's quite a shock and something you won't forget about but no harm is done. In some cases the intestines are riped away from your butthole and it can cause internal bleeding and one massive infection. No clothing does not keep this from happening. As a person with some medical training id suggest not diving asshole first like at 3:34. As the most interesting man in the world once said " I don't always cliff dive but when I do I clinch."
