The BEST Street Food in China is definitely blade sheared or hand pulled noodles, they can be SPICY! Eating street food around the world and Chinese Food is a whole world to engulf yourself in. Since we live in Sichuan, China, eating and trying delicious street food in China every day, I decided to make a street food video for you with the BEST Chinese street food (subjective, I know, but they are my favourite).

We went to a random hole in the wall restaurant in Chengdu, China, and ate a spicy bowl of blade sheared noodles, full of chili oil and Sichuan peppercorn. In the restaurant we found, there was also a ton of delicious street food to eat, including stir fried dishes, wontons, cold vegetable “liang cai” dishes, and red braised beef, red braised intestines, and red braised chicken with taro, along with super tasty douhua silken tofu!

I hope you enjoy this quick update video with the BEST street food in China. OK, well there’s too many, but the blade sheared noodles in Sichuan really are one of the best! We just left today on a big journey through Sichuan, we are making our way south and then west and eventually into Yunnan, I can’t wait to explore and create some awesome videos for you guys!! Please let me know what you thought about this video and I hope you’re doing well! We also have a HUGE announcement coming up, as we are so so close to 1 million subscribers!! I can’t believe it! Thanks so much everyone, hope you’re all doing well!!

  2. All the Sichuan food looks really oily. A little grease is good with starch like noodles and rice but everything here is swimming in oil, looks like more than I could handle.

  3. Trevor, first of all, thank you so much for your amazing work! These chinese dishes are so good. But tell me, why you don't mind to have MSG in those dishes? I thought that without it dishes are with a more authentic taste, aren't they?
