Approximately 60 dogs and other animals were rescued from atrocious conditions in Sequatchie County, Tennessee. The animals, many in need of urgent veterinary care, were living in absolute filth.
Upon arriving at the property, the Sequatchie County Sheriff’s Department served a warrant and found a variety of medium and large mix-breed dogs living in cages throughout the house and outside, all covered in feces and trash. Initial veterinary findings include urine scalding, emaciation, dehydration, anemia, and feces crusted feet and coats. Rescuers found multiple deceased dogs in a freezer on the property.
The Humane Society of the United States worked alongside local authorities and partners to remove all of the animals from the property. All of the animals are being safely transported to HSUS Emergency Placement Partners where they will be thoroughly examined by teams of veterinarians and receive any necessary medical treatment.

I am crying after seeing that dog in freezer literally in fetal position who gave up on life after being locked WITH NO WAY OUT, what is wrong with ppl, MAN I HOPE KARMA DOES ITS WORST ON THAT PSYCHOPATH!!

Edit: I realise & hope that the Dogs were put n the Freezer after they were dead(Also not a good thing but many times better than killing them by freezing! – Whoever does that Hope you die in the same cruel way)

when hoarders get to the point of way too many animals, they tend to drop dead in vast numbers as well, so once they run out of room to bury the bodies they tend to put fresh corpses in their freezer for a few months until they can figure out what to do with them
